This website is operated by WagWatt, Auckland, New Zealand. By visiting our store or buying from us, you agree to these terms.

Using our store

You agree to use the store only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information when ordering. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country, or have a parent or guardian's permission.

Products and pricing

We try to describe and photograph our products accurately, but colours and designs may vary slightly from what you see on screen. Prices and availability can change without notice. If we make a pricing or listing error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Third-party accessories

Accessories designed to fit other brands' devices (for example AirPods cases) are independent products. They are not made, sold or endorsed by those brands.

Orders and payment

We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons such as stock issues, suspected fraud or pricing errors. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment providers.

Shipping, returns and refunds

These are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or store. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other consumer law that applies to you.
