Tracking

When tracking is available, we'll email it to you once your order ships.

Multiple items

Items in the same order may be dispatched from different locations, so they can arrive in separate parcels on different days.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country. These are the customer's responsibility.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. We can't take responsibility for orders delivered to an incorrect address that was entered at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away and we'll do what we can.
